Characteristics of Uncooled Long Wave Infrared Continuous Zoom Lens
Infrared zoom lenses for infrared photography use the movement of multiple lens groups within the optical system to adjust the overall focal length. These lenses have the following features: they allow for continuous focusing while zooming and enable continuous imaging. This means that the shooting range can be altered by adjusting the focal length without changing the shooting distance. As a result, infrared continuous zoom lenses can not only detect distant targets over a large area, but also zoom in on close-range targets.
Applications of infrared lenses include:
1. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)
2. Surveillance and security systems
3. Monitoring maritime and naval activities
4. Thermal imaging for various purposes
5. Equipment for capturing thermal images
6. Defense-related applications
