Description of Infrared Zoom Lens:
Continuous zoom mechanism:
It is mainly composed of motor, gear, zoom cam, limit device, guide pin, zoom group, compensation group, guide mechanism and so on.
Among them, the guide mechanism and zoom cam design are the core technologies of the continuous zoom mechanism.
The working principle is: when the product needs to be zoomed, the control system sends a zoom signal to the motor, the motor drives the gear, and the gear drives the zoom cam to move.
At this time, the zoom group and the compensation group meet the functional relationship through the guide pin. The movement in the two cam slots of the motor realizes the linear motion of the zoom combination compensation group.
When the zoom combination compensation group moves to two extreme positions, the work of the drive motor is controlled by the pressure switch.
The precision potentiometer rotates with the zoom cam under the drive of the gear, and the potentiometer outputs different voltages with the different rotation angles of the zoom cam, and the corresponding focal length of the system can be obtained by converting the voltage value.
