Description of Infrared Zoom Lens:
Continuous zoom mechanism:
The main components of this mechanism include a motor, gear, zoom cam, limit device, guide pin, zoom group, compensation group, guide mechanism, and more.
The guide mechanism and zoom cam design are the crucial technologies for the continuous zoom mechanism.
Here's how it works: when the product needs to be zoomed, the control system sends a signal to the motor, which then drives the gear. The gear, in turn, moves the zoom cam.
During this process, the zoom group and compensation group are connected through the guide pin, allowing for a functional relationship. The movement in the two cam slots of the motor enables the linear motion of the zoom combination compensation group.
When the zoom combination compensation group reaches its extreme positions, the pressure switch controls the operation of the drive motor.
The precision potentiometer rotates along with the zoom cam, driven by the gear. As the zoom cam rotates, the potentiometer outputs varying voltages, corresponding to different rotation angles. By converting the voltage value, we can determine the focal length of the system.
