Features of LWIR Uncooled Double-FOV Lens :
The dual-field infrared optical system can simultaneously provide two images with different magnifications and different fields of view. The large field of view in the system has low resolution and is used to search for targets in a wide range; a small area is used to identify, analyze and confirm specific targets. Therefore, the infrared dual field of view system is widely used in airborne, vehicle-mounted and other photoelectric reconnaissance equipment.
Generally, the dual-field zoom system is divided into two categories: the optical lens group in the dual-field infrared lens enters and exits the switching zoom system and the two-position zoom system. The switchable zoom system needs to insert part of the lens into the proper position to change the focal length of the optical system, so the lateral dimension is larger. The dual-position system changes the focal length of the system by changing the axial distance of the lens group, which can effectively reduce the volume of the system, and at the same time realize the functions of field of view switching and precise focusing.
