Infrared Fish Lens Description:
Our range of infrared lenses includes manually adjustable lenses, fixed focus lenses and motorized LWIR lenses. Available focal lengths range from 3.8 to 250 in stock. We offer various interface options such as M34x0.5, M45x1, M34x0.5, M34x0.75, C-mount and flanges. The distance between the lens and the object varies from 13.3 to 61.26.
LWIR lenses typically use germanium. Its strong durability, non-reactive chemistry and high Knoop hardness make it ideal for harsh environments. However, one disadvantage of germanium lenses is that they are prone to severe defocusing due to temperature changes under certain conditions. If temperature fluctuations are expected, we recommend a ZnSe LWIR lens, which provides more stable focus even under large temperature variations.

FAQ:
Why the lens autofocus is not clear?
1. During the focusing process, there is a large moving target in the lens screen (occupying more than 1/3 of the picture), which can be refocused;
2. If the lens is used for a long time, the gear, CAM and other transmission parts wear and tear, resulting in unclear focus, the module or control board parameters can be adjusted to make the focus clear again;
3. Hardware problems, such as the potentiometer does not work, replace the hardware that does not work.
