Rising
Thermal Sight Scope Descriptions:
Wavelength: 8-12um
Material: Germanium, Zinc Selenide, Zinc Sulfide, Silison
Application: Infrared Sights, Thermal Sight Scope, Thermal Imager
Infrared lenses work in three different wave bands: short, medium, and long. To ensure the best performance, each lens is designed for its specific band. The materials used in these lenses also vary depending on the band.
The infrared optical system is a passive detection system with distinct functions. It can accurately locate, detect, and continuously track objects that emit infrared rays, even in the presence of background infrared radiation and other disruptions. As a result, infrared lenses have numerous potential uses in areas like early warning detection, target search, and forest fire prevention.

FAQ:
What are DLC and AR Coatings?
Diamond-like carbon (DLC) film is an amorphous carbon film. The film contains a certain number of sp3 bonds, giving it a series of excellent properties close to diamond. It has the advantages of low deposition temperature and large area deposition.
In various hard films, DLC film can be positioned as a film material with high hardness, excellent wear resistance and low friction coefficient.
AR (anti-reflection) film does not change the absorption rate of the lens itself. It can only increase the transmittance by reducing the reflectivity on both sides of the lens, which is called "reflection and anti-reflection".
Light is an electromagnetic wave. By matching the refractive index and thickness of the AR film, the light generates multiple beam interferences in the AR film - cancelling interference on the upper surface and phasing interference on the lower surface.
